    All products on Shudh Kapda are custom-printed specifically for you upon order. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or incorrect.

    If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 24/48 hours of receiving your order. We will provide you with return instructions and process either a replacement or a refund. You must provide photos of the defective or incorrect product to facilitate this process.

    For products with custom designs or personal artwork, we cannot accept returns unless the product is defective or not as described.

2. Refunds
